If auto possibly need trans fluid and filter changed. I would also check the trans and motor mounts if they are bad it can cause a jerking feeling.

Mine started to do that too. I replaced the automatic transmission fluid and filter, which were really dark and dirty, but it didn't fix the problem. I'm going to try changing the solenoids in the transmission and see if that solves the issue. When I changed my motor mounts, it helped the jerking, but didn't completely stop the transmission from slipping. I would recommend going ahead and changing your engine mounts, transmission fluid, filter, and solenoids.

Take it in to a reputable transmission shop and have it looked at. Simply throwing expensive parts at the problem and hoping to cure it is not the answer. This is a time when professional advice is your cheapest fix.
