5.7 L L05 V8 (350) or 5.7 L LT1 V8 either will drop right in. You can go even bigger but much more expensive and more parts will need to come with a bigger engine, like ECU and such

This 'vette motor will go in too if you have the money and ambition, the stock 350 above is 225hp, this one pictured here is 375hp, naturally aspirated.

If you are in an area that doesn't require inspections or smog testing and your pockets are fairly deep you can put just about any size you want in the vehicle, and it doesn't even have to be a chevy engine if you want to get really crazy.
