I own a 1994 Chevy SuburbanI'm having troubles going over 25 miles an hour without my engine red lining ?

I have already replaced the first and second
shifting solenoid and the second and third
shifting solenoid.

So it's not shifting out of first? Look towards either tps or vss. There isn't any check engine light?
