I have to floor the gas pedal to back up a hill and it’s really loud when I do

I drive a 2007 Nissan Sentra 2.0 S and I park on a
downhill slope and my car won’t start unless I start
it and rev the engine up as soon as I start it. My
car is also very hard to go into reverse and back
up the hill it’s loud when I go to back up and I have
to floor it. Help!

I am having the same issue and I park on a hill as well. I'm thinking it is a transmission issue just not sure.
