Need help, I turn the car key and no power
and it's clucking wanting to turn over, not
sure if it's the battery or starter, please help

does it turn over??? clunking when turning over?its hard to tell you so little info.. get down by the stater and listen for the noise while someone else tries to tun it over...is the starter comming apart or loose????
