why does one highbeam work and one doesnt? where is the relay located?

I believe you have a burned out bulb. The bulb is easily replaced by lifting the hood and unhooking the bulb socket from behind housing. Good luck.

I just replaced the whole left and right turn signal switch in my car. Hazards work but not my left and right turn signal. From what I was told it is the Access Relay. Where is this relay located at?
