Green blinking light on dash.

I have a 1995 Town and Country.  It starts and runs fine but the fuel, temp, and oil gauges are blank.  battery gauge works.  there is also a blinking green light below the speedometer.  No big deal other than the fuel gauge I am worried about running out of gas.
