my 1998 Chrysler town&country battery keeps dying

Either the alternator isn't charging it enough, or you have a electrical drain on the battery. Did you replace the battery recently with a new one? Or are you continuing jump starting the current one?

So I suspect your battery is bad, did you have it tested? Do you have a voltmeter? Should be 12.3 or higher? How old is it? If you can;t test it, remove it and have a local auto parts store test it for you, they can do this for free.
