Does your blower motor for the heat and A/C run on low speed even when the switch is off? If so, could be the noise suppesser is bad. Try turning the blower through all the speeds. If the whine changes pitch there's your problem. Is this an aftermarket replacement stereo? HTH. -Jim

Resistor spark plugs may resolve issue. Any car stereo store will carry a noise filter, (ie) noise surpressor
