My 2006 Subaru outback emits smoke and odor from 2 heater vents
suspect you've got a burned blower motor~ will search for a replacement for ye~
it could just be the blower motor or it could be something more that would be better to find out before just throwing parts at it. Look on your exhaust manifold and see if there's any spots where it looks like oil is driping on it or if there's spots where oil has burned on it. Also is there any smoke anywhere else that you notice? How heavy/thick is the smoke and what color is it? And possibly a few more details like what you have the vents set to when it's doing it (what speed seting, is it on vent or defrost, just when the heater's on) would be helpfull in a proper diagnosis. Otherwise we could just throw parts at you all day.
