when should I see good gas milage on my 2007 new charger 2.7 se?

i haven't been getting good gas milage 22-24 mpg.

Dear whults-- The government (www.fueleconomy.gov) says that you should get from 21-28 mpg. You seem to be in that vicinity already. You usually don't get top gas mileage until you have a couple thousand miles on your car. If you still doubt your performance, ask the dealer. Remember, you are still under warranty.
