2007 dodge charger will not crank won't even turn over

I bought a 2007 dodge charger 5.7l from police
auction it didn't have a computer, transition control
module or engine wiring harness. I bought every
thing for it and the wiring harness had the wrong
connector for the crank shaft sensor so i bought
one cut the old one off and wired the new one put
everything together when I try to crank it it does
nothing all lights r on dash lightning bolt flashes
and it will not even turn over please help have lots
of money in this car now I'm lost .

Antithieft system is active, you will most likely have to take it to a dealer and have to reprogrammed for the VIN of the car, this will allow the computers to reconise the vehicle and all of the accessories and activate them, plus it will give all of the software updates that are currently on file.
