Do I need a lift kit or spacers to put 24in rims on cadillac dts

I want to put 24s on a Cadillac dts .....what do I
need to do for the car to still ride like a caddy and
look nice ?what modifications do I need to make

24" wheels and "ride like a caddy" are mutually exclusive.
