Annoying Clunking in gas pedal and steering wheel
at this point am going to suggest your motor mounts and or transmission mounts....simply place a woodblock on top of your floor jack and NOTE the separation in the rubber~ https://www.google.com/? gws_rd=ssl#tbm=shop&q=2007+Dodge+Ram+2500+SLT+motor +and+transmission+mounts
Tried that too
examine for loose bolts...perhaps the air conditioning bracket...see if you can make the sound happen...and perhaps listen through a tube to pinpoint the origin of the noise...I suspect one or more of the bolts has come loose...perhaps a bracket or even the Frame is cracked....take it and have a 100 dollar inspection done...they'll find it~
