I would stick with recommended OEM, is the Dakota a 2wd or 4wd. 2wd was 255-65/R16, 4WD used 265-70R16
the 23575R16 will work, but are smaller in diameter and width. speedo will be off 2 mph.
i wouldn't, that is a drop of a full inch in rim size and a much smaller tire in width, that is going to greatly effect the load handling not too mention the way it will drive, plus the calibration of the odo/speedometer. And then we can get into wheel offsets, another can of worms.
