My van still has a slight miss even though I've changed to plugs and plug wires and injector cleaner run through the engine. What else could it be. I haven't changed the engine coil yet. Could that be it?

Could be a cracked plug. I had mine changed out and shortly after started to misfire. Turned out one of the plugs had a small crack. Replaced it and problem solved
