Go down to O;Reilly's Auto Parts or another and have them look it up and show you a picture. I've got the same problem. Two fans running all the time.

Thank you for your solution ,I located the radiator fan relay, it is found rivited on the bumper rail.In order to get to to the rad. fan relay you must first remove the driver side headlight , secondly the hood latch mechanism thirdly ,the black plastic covering,..Drill out the rivet that holds the relay with an angle drill , create a template of the fan relay in order to drill new holes for the installation.

Will or should both fans run in winter weather (-5 to +10F) all the time?

2007 dodge caravan 3.3 liter Yes the fans will come on in winter weather momentarily , but not continuously,, especially if you are stopped in traffic for 3 to 5 minutes and your vehicle is idling ,excessive heat is built up in the engine which is then transfered to the coolant . the relay senses this heat and turn on the fans ,the fan has a cooling effect on the radiator ,the relay senses the drop in temperature and shut of the fan .
