I have a 2007 trailblazer and good battery, good cold cranking amps, but turns over very slow like battery is going dead, is my starter going out?

Battery is one year old and took it out had cold cranking amps checked and is good, but turns over so hard to the point that barely turns over.

It could be your starter as that would be the most common failure, however it could also be a sensor, ie crank and or cam sensor. Had a similar problem on a Jeep, checked battery, starter, found it to be the crankshaft position sensor.
