4wd low

I have a 07 Chevy Tahoe and it's stuck in
4wd low it's driving extra slow what do I do

Try getting into a parking lot, shifting into neutral, place the vehicle in 2wd and then backing up about 20-25 feet. It should disengage the 4wd.
