My stability track light comes on and won't let the car pick up speed it did this once before and it was service and they only found it was two quarts low on oil and changed the oil and it drove fine

A computer tire sensor,may be bad or giving false signal,reset the Ecm,by removing positive cable for a few minute,s,if it return,s you may need to have it serviced.

Make sure key is not in truck when you unhook the cable,may cause damage if it is chip key.
