Should the brack fluid and power steering fluid be flushed and changed every two years?

That should be listed in your owners manual under service intervals. Personally I change out my brake fluid every 2 years due to high humidity in my area, I am thinking about going full synthetic but it will be expensive so I haven't decided yet. I only change out my power steering fluid when it just starts to show color.
