I would like to tow my 2001 Saturn SL1

Asked by Apr 02, 2014 at 02:46 PM about the 2001 Saturn S-Series 4 Dr SL1 Sedan

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I do not have the manual.  What does the manual say about towing this model?  Can I flat tow it?  If so what do I need to do to the car to avoid damaging it?

Thanks!

30 minutes of searching and nothing. Your only option is to purchase a User Manual off Ebay or trust these links: -https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20110820210942AAB2ikG -http://www.rv.net/forum/index.cfm/fuseaction/thread/tid/22238143/print/true.cfm -http://www.etrailer.com/question-43898.html I might suggest simply calling up a customer service line to Saturn and just ask though.

If this vehicle is front wheel drive you'll want to put a dolly on the front wheels. As long as the drive wheels are not rolling and connected to the transmission you'll be fine. HTH. -Jim
