** YOU WILL NEED A TECH 2 scan tool or equivalent to REMEDY issue**. OK this is what is happening 1. What is causing this is an incorrect password or no password was received by your PCM causes trouble code 1632, causes start of car to be disabled for 10 min. 2. With the ignition ON perform Paslock programming procedure, if engine starts thats was you problem, if not go to next step. 3. Take a scan tool in your BodyControlModule module check the voltage for your Paslock DATA, should be 0-5 volts if proper voltage continue next step if so address voltage issue if not remedy voltage issue to Paslock. 4. Try clearing the PCM and BCM codes and start engine, if problem persists either your PCM or your BCM will need to be sent out for repair or replaced. If you take to Indy shop make sure they can perform Paslock Programing.

Did you replace the pcm or bcm prior to this issue?

No first try to program Paslock I am misspelling it on purpose because it is (tm) if that doesn't work then you can send out your PCM or BCM or both to get tested you don't have to replace them *maybe*
