I have a 99 Saturn sc2 series got a spare key made for it the dome light wire was cut the car now crank but wont start what is the possibilities that can be wrong

The anti theft was bypassed the spark plugs were checked
the fuel pumps im not for sure he knows what he is exactly
doing...speakers were put inside the doors causing the power
locks to no longer work the use of the new and old keys was
done the car was just bought ran well for a week and a half
little by little improvements where being done and now it
won't start has anything i described thus far caused it not to
start it idles and cranks but nothing else...

You messed with the security system, a big no no. When disabling a security system improperly, other functions are at risk of not working.

You might have to get the new keys coded to your security system and you'll probably have to go to the dealer to do that I'm not quite sure but it looks like you should reconnect the security system get a key that works for that security system that's what I recommend so you can get around all these problems because you caused a big one by bypassing the anti theft system!
