I have a saturn sl2 that was towed. upon receiving the car back, I noticed a bundle of wires comming from the fuse box. It's a long enough bundle to stretch all the way around front. where do they go?

To everything electrical. Was the vehicle vandalized? If you are going to fix this take it to the professionals, this is not something for the novice to fix.
