Why am I not getting fire to the spark plugs?

After replacing the idle air control valve
on my 1997 Saturn SL1 caused from
catalytic converter being stopped up,
now when I turn the engine over it isn't
getting any fire to the spark plugs.
Does anyone have a solution to my
problem?

I found on my 1998 sc1 that there was corrosion that was giving me a misfire once I cleaned it up and put Dielectric grease under the coil base and it running great the blots that hold the coils down are 7 mm
