the front in feels like there is no cousin . it feels like i`m riding on the frame.

The only Saturn I ever drove felt the same way, it was like my butt was dragging on the ground. I really hated that car. You could try new struts or shocks. If your springs are sagging you might need new springs too.

And if there is bigger rims and low profile tires on it, that doesn't help the ride. Comfort or stylin...

usually at 150,000 miles the struts get worn out and start leaking and then they can make the frame ride On to the suspension components I would have your front end and all of your suspension checked for a bad tie rod leaky strut could be one of those things and could be air pressure in your tires it's a whole bunch of things.
