Dexton III automatic transmission fluid - yes you put ATF in the manual tranny. I just changed the fluid in my '02 Grand Am 5 speed. I used two quarts of Mobil one full synthetic which was around $10 per quart. - Here's a set of DIY instructions to give you an idea of the procedure - http://www.ecotecforum.com/forums/showthread.php? 2801-How-To-Getrag-F23-Transmission-Fluid-Change
