Question type: Car Customization

I was wanting to put a performance chip in my car to get easy horsepower but i heard that they are a fraud and do little to nothing... Is this true and are there any good chips out there?

will it not give me more power even if it is a NA car?

Probably not, the chips adjust the fuel, spark and timing to get optimum performance. So MPG is sacrificed and you'll probably be filling up with premium 93 octane fuel. Like the post above said, do your homework.

There are no chips for the Saturn S-Series PCM. They are relatively unmodifiable, save for the guys who managed to crack the OBDI PCMs. The only viable tuning solutions are using a piggyback or full standalone ECU, both which require knowing how to work on your own car/wiring/and learning how to tune without toasting your motor.
