my throttle excelerates all the time

It could be a couple things, but all interrelated. Carbon builds up around the throttle body, so sometimes this keep the throttle plate from closing all the way, increasing your idle. You also have two components located in the same area, the idle control sensor and the idle air control valve. The sensor might be faulty, and the valve might be dirty as well or faulty. (The dle air control valve is under the black plastic cover on the front right corner on the engine, remove cover undo valve, renew gasket and reinstall.)

or vacuum leak. Get a can of Carb clean, spray down the throttle body, and around the engine bay and see if it gets sucked up any where other than the throttle body
