Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So I'm wondering what is
going on with my car until
the 1993 Saturn SL2  it
recently just wouldn't start
on morning and I've been
having to push start it and
pop the clutch for it to start
happens every time I turn
the car off so and then I
woke up one morning on
the car and it started and it
quit doing that I had a
problem with the windows
prior to this with them not
going up and down and it's
not the motor I also had an
issue after I fix the window
with the back driver side
window it would keep
popping blowing my fuse
every time I would roll it up
or down and it was the big
green fuse the 30 I don't
know how to fix that also
this pedometer that keeps
track of the mileage is and
how many miles I'm driving
quit and wondering what
could be making this
happen all of these things
mostly why my car would
not start while I'm having
to push start it  and why
that happened and then it
just all the sudden quit and
now it's kind of happening
again
