I have a 2002 Saturn and out of nowhere the front floorboard is wet only on the front passenger side. Why is this happening? And what could I do to fix it? I don't know much about cars.

Does it smell like anti freeze? If so it's probably your heater core leaking and needing to be replaced.

If it does not smell like anti freeze (coolant) but either has no smell or smells like wet socks it's probably the drain tube from your ac evaporator core stopped up. And all you will have to do is locate the drain tube and un stop it. Normally a coat hanger ran up it does the trick.
