2001 Saturn L300 6 cyl hard to start after refueling

What is the cause of my 2001 L300 6 cyl. having a hard time starting after refueling but once it does start rus rough for a very short time and sometimes stalls then once running good all is fine until I have to refuel again.

Sound,s like fuel filter sock on fuel pump is stopped up,when you fill up it flushe,s trash away from filter,then after you drive it a little it draw,s trash back to pump,causing it to starve for fuel.

Evap control valve maybe stuck open, this will allow excessive amount of fuel vapor and even raw fuel into the evap system causing the engine to run rich until the evap system is purged of vapor and fuel. You should have a check engine light for this problem, if you don't then something is wrong with your cars engine control system.
