new ignition lock cylinder now car wont start

Must be new KEY RFID this is a 1 in 10 question problem... immobilizer, Anti theft, lost key, FOB... program KEY questions, WOW! what was wrong with the old cylinder put it back into place and start the car is my first suggestion before getting into programming you better want to learn and read and understand computers.
