Why wont my turn signal work

I have just replaced the turn signal switch in my car after it broke, but my car will still not go more than
one or two blinks. Is there a fuse that is blown or something else i need to replace. I believe my hazard
lights still work. It is just when i use the turn signals

It's probably your flasher unit, it looks like a relay, it is electronic and not electro-mechanical like the old ones. Should be around $10-$20
