Roll down a window, lock all of the doors from the inside except the drivers door, make sure all of the doors are closed properly including the trunk, now take the key and manually lock the drivers door and remove the Kay, wait at least a minute, then insert key and unlock the drivers door manually, this should disarm the system if it doesn't, then there could be a door switch problem or the programming has been corrupted in the security system due to a possible voltage surge or loss of power altogether and only a dealer can check and reflash the system.
