When the noise happens you hear it a lot better when going slow but since I can feel it in the steering wheel I always know when it's happening. It does get worse while going over bumps. I just replaced the pads so I don't think that's it. I guess I'll have to take it to a mechanic

Could be warped rotors, bad wheel bearing, bad axle, Something that's spinning.
