my 07 sebring is making clicking sounds when I start it

Asked by Sep 17, 2013 at 02:07 PM about the 2007 Chrysler Sebring Base

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My Chrysler sebring 07 started stuttering upon starting once in awhile.  Then didn't start at all.  It would begin to turn over and then start clicking and wouldn't start.  Mechanic replaced fuel pump about a month ago and now it is doing the same thing.  Now he says spark plugs because it only happens in the morning when the car is cold.  I don't want to spend more money on guesess...Please help

is it the starter clicking? If so check your battery conections and make sure they are clean all so make sure your battery is good

Sorry I did not read the whole question

Get a new mechanic, and a new starter, or fuel filter.
