Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2007 PT Cruiser with 10400 miles. Timing belt replaced a few months ago.
Lately it has been having an issue with the 3rd cylinder misfiring. I was told it is not
an emergency issue.  It only happens rarely and was running fine otherwise. But now
the car will overheat if I run the air conditioner and also after shutting the car off with
normal driving I can hear a gurgling sound under the hood, like the coolant is boiling,
but the temperature does not seem to be rising. Any ideas?
