My 2007 Chrysler 300 wont start.

Asked by Aug 31, 2016 at 02:39 PM about the 2007 Chrysler 300 Touring

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2007 chrysler 300 wont start just a click. The day prior to this happening I
had to turn the key twice to start, now nothing but a click. I have tried jumping
it and it still wont start. My car is currently sitting in a parking lot. Is there an
answer out there? or do I need a tow?

You need a starter replaced; A click means it is not cranking; also be sure your battery is charged; try jump; if won't jump and clicks, new starter

someone suggested it to be an ignition switch problem because the wheel wont lock??

Turns out the ignition switch needed replacement. Key would not turn all the way to the start position. $700. later geez!
