Cluster and heater light behind the dash just stopped working.

My car just got a new engine and everything else. I
had to pull the cluster out and replace a few lights
when I put it back together I noticed that I no
longer have lights behind the knobs the room my
a/c and heater. I have checked the bulbs and the
fuses nothing is burnt out. The a/c bulbs ate not
removable. And I also no longer have a check
gauges  light

Better ohm check those fuses, or you have a broken power wire somewhere in the dash circuit.
