how do you change a fuel pump? which fuel pump is the most reliable

Its up to to you. But I deal with napa auto parts. As for changing the pump. Get ready for some fun. On the fuel rail. Under the hood. There's a valve that looks like a valve steam. For a tire. Push the center to releave the fuel pressure. Jack up the rear of the car and put on jack stands. Undo the two straps that hold up the tank. Depending on how fuel is in there. Be carful not to just let it drop. Once you have it down watch the fuel lines and electric lines. Depending on the condition of the fuel lines. You may want to undo the retaining ring with out unhooking the lines. Tap on the ring turning it counterclockwise. The pump will be attached to a gram. Remove the pump from the hanger and do everything in reverse order. Let me know if you need more info. Good luck
