If a 4.3 Chevy backfires through the manifold will it damage it ECM or MAP sensor?

Why would this be happenin' then~?

Doubtful it would damage the ECM but the sensor could be damaged but it would take a few blows to do it, like the judge stated, WHY better find the real problem.
