Multiple misfires and fuel pressure regulator
was codes. I changed fuel pressure
regulator and it still will not run

I have a 95 Chevy Blazer we the a 4.3 vortex. Codes we're multiple misfires and fuel pressure regulator so I changed the regulator and it will turn over but not run, help
