96 Chevy suburban trans clutch slip code! Need help

96 Chevy suburban trans went out. Round thing inside shattered..had trans
totally rebuilt,now I drove for about 1000 miles maybe and now it is giving me
a trans clutch slip code! Anyone know anything about this

How is the fluid level? I'd have the shop that rebuild the trans take a look at it.
