my car while sitting and rev the engine will not go over 3000rpm

While sitting in traffic or at a light my cars
idles funny.whenni go to take off I have to
slowly take off or it will sputter till it gets up
to speed but when pressing the gas it loose
power going up hill bad. It sputters really
bad for a min then it will stop. I have
changed the fuel filter I have changed all
cool packs and spark plugs. I have out to
new manfoild air intake on the car it is still
doing the same thing it has gotten worse
please help

I'm taking it to the dealer tomorrow it has a ruff idle. I can here air coming out of my oil cap also the car only has s 114526 miles on it. I have no check engine light
