I have a 94 roadmaster estate, no start, starter has been replaced, I have power at the coil, the pass key light is off battery is good still no start?

Power on ignition coil is low, can it be the ignition switch?

If your starter is NOT turning I would check ALL of your battery and starter connections. A bad ground from the battery or other bad connection may still allow lights to turn on but once the starter is engaged the current drain is too much for the bad connection. Check the battery make sure it is fully charged .

Take the battery to a local auto parts store and have them do a load test and that should tell you the condition of your battery.
