coolant temperature

have a '95 Riv supercharged. The coolant fans are calibrated to come at 210. Does anyone have an opinion on the best way to modify this system to have the fans come at a cooler temp; such as 180.

Look for a temperature sensor that is set for a lower temp.
Thank you for your reply. But the way I understand it; the computer controls the temp at which the fan turns on. The sensor only provides coolant temp info to the computer.
I doubt it is computer controlled. Most likely it is a temperature switch which activates a relay. And in addition to the previous suggestion, you can connect the wire(s) directly from your battery (hot) post to the wiring to the fans. This way the fans would blow continuously.
