how to disable the load leveling system in my 1995 riviera

My pump keeps kicking in OFTEN when the car is off and draining the battery. I need to disable it until I have time to diagnose the overall problem. The only one that MIGHT be the correct relay is "ELC". Am I right?

Look at your owners manual and it should identify the fuse. otherwise you may need to get under the car and unplug the electrical connector.

Owners manual said nothing helpful. The lids to the fuse boxes have 2 fuses and a relay. I assume the 20 amp fuse goes to the electronics, the 60 amp to the pump motor. When I 1st pulled the 20, nothing happened but when I pulled the 60, the relay started clicking so I put the 60 back in. With the 20 out, I have not had the problem re-occur in the last day, so, I think my problem is temporarily solved.
It's located under back seat in the block box. There is two in separate boxes I pulled the 30 amp and it did the trick for me.
