What would make just one side blinker and break light in back not work?

All conections are good.

Sometimes there is a bad connection where the light bulbs attach, Try swapping the good working bulbs to check this. If they work, then you have a bad bulb(s), if that doesn't work, then maybe wiring is damaged on that side.
